Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy. It gently eases the positioning of muscles and bones for improved alignment and symmetry. Proper structural positioning allows the body to self heal and self correct resulting in improved motion and quality of life.

Adrianne Ricker-Singh M.OMSc, BA

Adrianne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph. She later attended the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton and through an extensive 4 year program, obtained her Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Science diploma. Adrianne is a proud member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association.
